Snow day

What a year 2020 has been! And of course, in true 2020 fashion the first snow we get is a NorEaster that brought with it strong winds, ice and about six inches of snow!

Consequently both girls schools were closed and my job requested for us to work remotely. With that I let them sleep in late. And I couldn’t wait for my lunch break because I knew it would include piling on layers of clothing and playing in the snow!
The girls enjoyed sledding, snow angels and building a snowman until it was time to go back inside. It is amazing how children don’t feel cold until it’s time to go inside! Lol
