Winter Colds

We are sick which is the perfect excuse for a Target run. Right. Just say yes. Lol. 

After picking the girls up from school I headed over to Target to try to find a healthier option for kids medicine. I had been giving them Tylenol and Motrin to regulate their temperature for about two days. 

I am not opposed to those medicines. I just wanted to still give them something to keep their immune systems strong to fight against whatever this bug was. They also take their multivitamins which also helps them to load up on the good stuff.

We got into Target and headed over to the medicine section and I saw an organic medicine. I remembered the name Maty’s from a conversation I had with another Mom and decided to try it. 

I see no wrong here. All of these ingredients are things I can pronounce.

I gave it to both girls when we got home. Not shocking that my six year old wasn’t a fan of the taste. And my almost two year old treated it like all her other medicines. Which is with disgust.  

Needless to say in the future they can get some if I see a cold brewing. I also drank some myself because even though it says kids. You can not go wrong with those ingredients.

If they work on the taste this would be such a win for our family!
